Yin Yoga

In a world full of noise, pressure, and constant motion, Yin Yoga offers a much-needed reset. Through long-held, passive stretches, this practice gently targets deep connective tissues like fascia and joints, while calming the nervous system. It’s a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body.

Perfect for anyone seeking balance, recovery, and stillness amidst a busy, modern lifestyle.

Classes are on Saturday morning.

Meditation and Breathwork

Why do we want to practice the art of stillness?

Meditation and breath are a wonderful way for us to calm the mind and develop our "peaceful warrior".

To find absolute safety in our ocean of thoughts and craziness - Breath is the key.

YogArt is a creative and intuitive practice that allows you to express your emotions through movement and color.
With your hands, feet, or entire body, you paint on the canvas while moving and breathing with intention. This playful exploration invites your creative energy to surface and brings balance to the structure of daily life.

YogArt supports somatic release, helping you gently let go of stored emotions through embodied expression. It’s a journey back to presence—where movement, breath, and creativity come together in mindful harmony.

Yoga Flow

Creating and following your own flow is something that we all learn through our whole life.

Moving with breath, discovering the forms of the body. Using the breath as a tool to connect our body and mind.

Enjoy this active practice of asanas and pranayama to gain a better body and mind consciousness.
