About Emayå Lodge
Emayå Lodge is a long-term family project rooted in nature, sustainability and slow living.
We are a young family who chose to build a life close to the land in the north of Sweden. Drawn by wide forests, strong seasons and a quieter rhythm, we are creating a place that grows organically – shaped by time, care and the environment around us.
Emayå Lodge is not a finished destination. It is a process.
Our journey begins with our own home, a garden and a greenhouse, forming the foundation for a self-sufficient way of living. From there, the vision will gradually expand into a small, nature-embedded lodge, spaces for rest, creativity and shared experiences.
At the heart of Emayå Lodge lies a deep respect for the land. We aim to live and build responsibly, combining traditional knowledge with modern, sustainable solutions. Growing food, working with plants, and creating handmade products such as natural soaps are part of how we connect daily with our surroundings.
Yoga, mindfulness, creative practices and intimate retreats will become part of the experience in the future – not as a central concept, but as natural expressions of a life lived with awareness.
Emayå Lodge is about simplicity, learning and presence.
